Summary:
The 15K run takes runners over gently rolling terrain to Lake Michigan before looping back to the YMCA. The 5K run is a mostly flat loop. The 5K "Walk for Fun" follows the Lakeshore Trail.
Age categories are 10 and under (5k participation only), 11-14; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70 and over. Overall and Master awards along with a "Middle of the Pack" award will be given in each race. The 15K race will have a Wheelchair division.
